I am finally getting my business going. I have 2-3 proposals this week. But I am struggling with this question: I've seen agencies that do this both ways: 1. MRR + client pays their own Phone, SMS, Email, AI usage 2. MRR INCLUDES ALL Phone, SMS, Email, AI Usage (obvious increase in MRR, but perceived value = "less hassle and more consistent payment) for clients. What do you do, and why?

I have literally been part of GHL for 1 year today. To date, I have: 0 clients, 0 prospects, 0 leads, 0 anything... And YESTERDAY I FINALLY had my very first "breakthrough." Haven't been here for a week and tried to offer DR to instagram people (Manual COld DM) Sent 50 messages, Got 17 responses, 8 were positive response, 4 Hot Leads, 2 Booked Appointment and just few minutes ago, I got off of the call on 1 of them 🤩 Auto Detail Lead from Instagram DM closed for DR Package! I wasn't hopeful with DR at first but I gave it a shot.... Turns out, there are THOUSAND of businesses who just turn their back to their old leads 🤧 Let me know if you'd like a video how I did it!
