Hey everyone! I’m Stan, and I’m excited to join this amazing community. 🌍 Where I’m From: I am from the UK. 💪 Why I’m Here: I’m here to learn how to master muscle-up and other exercises along with building muscles. 🔎 My Skill Level: I’d say I’m currently at the beginner stage and can do around 12 pull-ups. 🎯 My Top 3 Calisthenics Goals: 1. muscle-up 2. build more muscle 3. stay healthy

@Orfeas Onasis mate, not huge but Ok-ish. When I do a push day, I do 8 sets of 10 dips, 8 sets of 10 diamond push ups and 8 sets of 10 mike tyson push ups. On a pull day, I do 8 sets of 7 pull ups, 8 sets of 7 chin ups and some 90 degree chin ups holds. What about yours?

@Orfeas Onasis awesome stats mate! Congrats! Yeah, I just love high sets. I decided to do as much as I can with the bodyweight first and then add an additional weight. Enjoy the journey! 💪
