Inside our Skool group, we break down the science behind efficient pitching. Learn how your body should move on the mound Discover the key mechanical flaws that cost you velocity Train smarter to reduce injury risk and extend your career If you’re serious about becoming a next-level pitcher, this is where you need to be. Join the conversation, get the tools, and see the game in a whole new way. In the video below Diamond Lab's own Mike McCarthy breaks down video on Logan D’Amico Wake Forest Commit.

Travel Ball
Your kids Travel team most likely won't get them recruited...Read it again! Unless you play for the 17u CBA Marucci, currently #1 in the country (or an alternative) and in that case almost every game they play is in front of a minimum of 15-20 D1 guys... Those guys are different. For your Kid, and especially locally here in Reno if you're playing 16/17U You're probably better off training, practicing. That's not a knock, but the local guys, outside of a few don't have a ton of relationships beyond HS and guess what? It's not their Job, they are trying to run a travel ball program. Just for fun, ask your Travel Ball coach what a DSA is in College sports. Without Googling, they won't know the answer... Once your kid gets to college, they should be playing summer league baseball somewhere not coming back to Golden Eagle to play as a 19 year old, unless they have been told there is nowhere for them to play. Even then, I would just continue to train and practice.
