Hey all, this morning I was thinking about standards for the coaching staff. Curious what some of you Head Coaches use? My initial list is below: Committed - Being disciplined to the program and processes. Positive - Instill confidence and belief. Organization - Be detailed and professional. Effort - Be growth minded, bring the juice and be the thermostat. Character - Be a role model, demonstrate excellence.
