As a 59 year old grandma whose played sports and been engaged in fitness from aerobics in the 80’s to the current climate where everyone on social media is an expert I find Train with Florence the be a breath of fresh air!
I love her new platform! The fact that she writes it out for us and offers a follow along video is perfect for every one!
She offers good information in a genuine and humble way. No pressure and no gimmicks.
Well written with good explanations and scaled to everyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
