Bio: A woman who loves movement and needs a challenge and results

Bio: 68 yrs young been working out for several years, but just don't have the mobility that I want or need. That is why I am here!

Bio: Active and 70, looking to going the distance.

Bio: A mother of four young adult sons with a loving life partner. My focus now is to reduce pain as I age gracefully. Focus on doing what I love more.

Bio: 68 years old. Strength and conditioning lifelong experience. Less than ideal mobility, especially upper back due to scoliosis.
