This was a powerful reflection. The part about getting farther and farther away from your destination. And getting such an epiphany.
Day 12 — Day 12- IPR : Our Inner Truth & Inner Congruence
Day 12 — Day 12- IPR Embodied Congruence: When Your Inner Truth Becomes Behavior 1. Our Morning Activation — Reintroduction to who you were before you forgot, before conditioning, before self-inflicted limitations A short visualization where the client meets the version of themselves who already trusts their inner truth. Have them observe: - Posture - Tone - Boundaries - Daily habits - Emotional baseline - Prompt: “What does the self‑trusting version of me no longer do?” Explore: future self visualization 2. Teaching — Identity Precedes Behavior Explain that behavior follows identity, not the other way around. When someone identifies as: - “I’m someone who honors my body cues,” - “I’m someone who tells the truth,” - “I’m someone who doesn’t abandon myself,” …their choices naturally shift. Explore: identity-based habits 3. Exercise — The Identity Gap Map Have the client map two columns: Column A: “Old Identity Behaviors” - (people‑pleasing, overexplaining, overriding intuition) Column B: “New Identity Behaviors” - (direct communication, micro‑integrity, somatic listening) Prompt: “Which old identity behavior am I ready to retire today?” Explore: identity gap mapping

@Ashley Jasper Styles Right now it's telling me to post what I want to talk about. I am a human, not a brand

Day 11: Day 11: Evening Integration
Day 11 — Day 11- IPR - Evening Integration — One Aligned Action Choose one small, specific action that reflects your truth: A clarifying message A boundary adjustment A decline Rest without guilt Explore: Aligned Action Aligned Action Examples - Send a clarifying message — One honest sentence that corrects a misunderstanding or removes ambiguity. - Adjust a boundary — Change the terms of a commitment by 10–20% instead of canceling it entirely. - Decline something — A simple “I won’t be able to do that” without over‑explaining. - Take a pause — Step away for five minutes instead of pushing through tension. - Rest without guilt — Sit, breathe, or lie down for 10 minutes with no productivity attached. - Tell the truth in one sentence — Name what you actually feel or need. - Choose the honest tone — Speak plainly instead of performing politeness. - Re-negotiate a commitment — Shift a deadline or expectation to something sustainable. - Stop performing — Replace one habitual “mask” with a more authentic expression. - Honor a body cue — Respond to fatigue, tension, or intuition instead of overriding it. For example, in my new assignment, I shared that I was experiencing discomfort. I did not pretend like I was okay when my body was feeling tensed. I shared it openly and honestly. I got some interesting facial expressions. lol However, they understood how I was feeling. It felt good not pretending to be okay when I was not.

Choose the honest tone is probably the one I am most resistant to and need.
