method

I am in my third year of Ilana’s Method. I can’t imagine not having this practice, Ilana, and the community. The method has changed my life. My body is capable of functioning in ways I never thought it could after severe injury and knee surgery.

My spine is more flexible. I achieved the splits again for the first time since college. I can sit on my feet and use my knees, and so much more. The breakthroughs in strength and ability are phenomenal. Thank you, Ilana and team for everything!
