UPDATE
I want to take a moment to thank this community for your patience over the past several weeks. I’ve been rebuilding and adjusting my prosthetic, which has required more time, energy, and focus than I initially expected. Rather than show up halfway or rushed, I chose to slow down, recalibrate, and do it correctly. That decision matters to me, and I appreciate you giving me the space to do that. Today also marks 9 years sober for me. That milestone wasn’t achieved through motivation or willpower alone. It was built the same way this work is built: through daily accountability, discipline, vision, integrity, communication, and empathy. Not perfectly. Consistently. The same principles that keep me sober are the ones guiding the rebuild of this program. When something is off, you don’t push through it blindly. You stop, assess, correct, and recommit. Thank you for staying present, steady, and respectful of the process. The work continues, and I’m grateful to be doing it alongside people who understand that real progress is built one deliberate day at a time. — Adam

Thank you for walking the honest walk with us. No one wants to be coached by someone who can’t practice what they preach! Congrats on 9 years!
New Year - New Wins
This space is here to track forward movement. Wins don’t need to be dramatic or polished. They don’t need to be finished products or major outcomes. They just need to be real. Use this thread to share progress you’ve made that required effort, presence, or follow-through. That might look like: • completing something you’ve been avoiding • staying regulated in a hard conversation • showing up consistently when it would’ve been easier to disengage • taking a step you’ve been putting off • holding a boundary • finishing a course, certification, or assignment • asking for support instead of isolating Big or small. Personal or professional. If it moved you forward, it belongs here. We’re not measuring ourselves against each other. We’re tracking momentum. Post your wins as they happen. This thread stays open all year.

I had a great start of organizing my classroom. Just focused on one small win at a time! Took me a week but done and feels amazing!

Very well laid out! Thanks for clarifying the layout and functionality of the courses. I think I am going to list you as my clinical coach 😉
Welcome to The Work. Welcome to the Know Hope Society.
If you’re here, it’s likely because you’ve carried more than you’ve said. Maybe you’ve been the strong one for a long time. Maybe you learned to keep going even when parts of you were slipping away. This Community is for learning how to stay with yourself again. The Classroom is where resources are collected. The Calendar is where events will be posted. Not by fixing, performing, or “pushing through,” but by being present with what’s real. We move slowly here. We tell the truth without collapsing. We practice hope as something we do, not something we wait to feel. You are now part of The Know Hope Society — a community that believes healing is not done alone. It’s done together, with honesty and steadiness. As your footing returns, some of you will step into the next chapter: leadership through V.I.E.D.C.A. Vision Integrity Empathy Discipline Communication Accountability There is no timeline. You’ll know when you’re ready. For now, only this: Arrive. Be Here. You belong already. How to Engage: If there are topics, questions, or struggles you want to explore — ask. If there’s something you need language for — say so. If there’s something you want us to work through together — bring it here. This space grows with us. Introduce yourselves below!
