@Heather Zader, CPLE well im doing it because you said it helped your hot flashes, I have horrible nightsweats...4 units seems so little too...so no cycling just do it all the time?...

@Jaime Stroshine see right there im such a dummy...milligrams means nothing to me I need how many units.....ive got alot to learn...so example....I know my klow from heather is 80mg in the vial...I used 3 ml of bac water and was told to do 15 units....also mine doesnt sting at all because I add 10 units of bac water after my draw of the klow....I backed down to 5 units of bac water to see and it still stung so 10 it is. I did learn that from another peptideperson on tik tok, so I guess I need to learn all the math of peptides charts etc, I am pretty darn healthy, I am going thru menopause with hormones, im already at my goal weight id like to lose 5 more but im good and at a stand still which is fine....i started klow simply for hair skin nails and my digestion isn't quite as good due to tirz i dont have a bowel movement without mag07....ive bought adamax and dont know how to reconstitute that or know dosage, seems like every peptide is different in that regards.....so let me know how to get this info please and thanks
