What’s everyone up to this glorious Sunday? I’m having a guilt free recovery day. The 31 hours travelling took it out of me more than I’d realised. I sat in the garden when I got back, sun on my face, knee swollen to the size of a football, new born lambs baaing in the adjacent field and I gave myself permission. Permission to rest. Permission to sleep. Permission to not think. Bliss. How about you?
