Today’s message is a little SELF-REFLECTION CHECK-IN because y’all already know I’m about to tell y’all to take care of YOU! 😂💗 Yes, we have ALL the things going on outside of this space — family, work, school, kids, responsibilities, LIFE… chile, the list be LISTING! 😂 But in the middle of taking care of everybody and everything else, PLEASE don’t forget to take care of YOU. 🫶🏽 And y’all KNOW me… I’m always on the move! 😂 If I’m not working, I’m at the gym. If I’m not at the gym, I’m doing something else. Basically, I be acting like I got 48 hours in a day! 🤣 Welllll… yesterday was definitely my “GIRL, SIT DOWN!” wake-up call. 😂😭 As y’all know, We are all experimenting and I’ve been experimenting with VIP, and because I’m actively in the gym 5–6 days a week working toward my goals, I decided to research VIP to see if it could help support my breathing/airways while exercising. WELP… I did a little TOO much yesterday. 😩😂 I ended up in the hospital because I started experiencing some abnormal heart palpitations, which then triggered anxiety.
