🔵 4 AI Business Models For 2026
These 4 AI business models are huge right now. And the old models are struggling. (check image below) "Done for you" and his 2 sibblings are silently wondering what's happening in the market... Your offers in 2026 won't just be about the levels of access to you. Done for you (DFY), done with you (DWY), and do it yourself (DIY). You have to look beyond that old mindset. AI created a whole new market. DWAI. "Done With AI" This is 1 model, not 3 different ones. AI can and will continue to master more and more of the manual labor economy. So now the "levels" become more about: - How many AI solutions that can do this FOR them - How VALUABLE are those solutions for them - And how much support do they get from you (your time) Make sense? You're no longer selling "hard work" or effort. You're going back to what business should've always been about: Getting paid for solving problems. Doesn't matter if it's you or AI. The question is who's better. And there's no human on this planet that can process millions of data points in seconds, and keep up with the quality of AI. And who's faster? If you can create an AI solution that gets them results in seconds, why would they pay more to wait 1-2 weeks? If AI is good (and it is), everyone's going to want DWAI. Done asap, with AI. The "gap" and where you're coming in is connecting the dots between the power of AI and implementation of niche-specific solutions. Let's dive into the 4 models: - Vibe Coding: Create a MVP saas that helps a specific person get a specific outcome. The more stickier the better, as people pay recurring revenue for recurring value. AI builds 99% of your Saas, and you can hire a dev to "complete" the back-end for you to get over the finish line (or ask AI how to do it). - Vibe Services: What used to take you months or years to learn, you can now learn in a weekend, and what you spent weeks creating, can now be created for you with AI Agents. (think AI voice, AI funnels, AI workflows etc). Businesses spend lots of money getting help with AI.

Yes, it's all making sense and we are literally watching it play out in real time. one of my groups just built an entire course with matching frameworks in under an hour. Talk about solving a pain point. At the rate Al is advancing, I'm over here wondering if my license is even gonna be worth anything next year. But either way, we are not fighting the wave, just riding it. As always thank you for keeping it 💯.

🔵 Stop Doing Sales Calls...
I was recently reminded again why I don't like doing sales calls. If you don't know already, I close 99% of my deals in DM's and I have a very well oiled machine that works great. One of my offers is called "Reseller License" and it allows people to sell my digital products as their own, mainly my funnel templates that are selling like hotcakes. So in order to protect my brand IP, we've done calls with people to qualify them and make sure they're good ppl with good intentions. Turns out, most people are great people. Specially in my community. But here's what shocked me a bit. About 50% of everyone who booked calls, didn't show up. They picked a time, booked a call, and then just forgot to show up to the call. And I felt really sorry for my team member sitting there waiting for people to show up. So I cancelled the calendar and stopped accepting calls, again. This reminded me how I used to do sales calls for my funnel agency back in the day, almost a decade ago now... I hated the feeling after 60 minutes of people picking my brain, and wanting free advice, just to go "ok let me think about it". Call it trauma, but I don't like it one bit. I'd rather have buyers come to me, and ask for the invoice, instead of needing to "convince" them to work with me. If people aren't ready yet, that's totally fine. But I'd rather spend my time creatively on what I love the most, instead of doing sales calls. Hence why I keep telling people about this "DM-closing" system I've developed instead. Just the last 30 days, I've had the honor and pleasure of working with 4 new people and they all paid $5k for a funnel. That's 20k cash collected, zero sales calls. That's powerful. That's real freedom. And it's an amazing feeling, when you don't have to chase clients or convince them to work with you. If you're in Funnels University , I'd recommend going back to the "Clients Mastery" module and sharpen your DM closing skills. More and more ppl are tired of getting pitched on calls.
