For those of you who want to see what a REAL CUSTOM CURATED voice agent sounds like and is capable of, please watch this video below. My team and I have been working on this agent for a while now but finally have it completed and in the hands of the customer. They are sooooo unbelievably happy with the outcome and are finally excited to no longer have to answer phone calls on the weekend. Probably the biggest win here is being able to spend quality time with the family again without getting interrupted. @Hugo Podworski Me and @Jasen Holloway have been watching ur videos for a while and have gotten a lot of value out of them, so thanks for making them. our agency is currently picking up with projects and clients and we have delivered 15+ voice agents in the roofing niche and are starting to expand into different industries. From what i've seen you arnt very public about what clients you have worked with and what projects you have worked on, but i remember in one of ur videos you mentioned that you sold a voice ai system for $10k before. we would both be interested in scheduling a call with you to network and chat about expanding and making money in this industry. if ur open then let us know as we are always looking to network with likeminded people in this niche. cheers.

Running a Voice Agent Agency

Hey everyone, I'm new here. I actually have @Spike A to thank for this recommendation. The owner of this community has some really informative videos on youtube that you cant find anywhere else. Spike as references this content as like "finding a needle in a haystack" and I actually could not agree more. Looking forward to sharing my experiences through running an Agency with all of you and learning everything you guys can offer. Spike and I actually work together so he's got some seriously top notch Voice AI experience. Thanks for having me here. BTW @Hugo Podworski, do you plan on having courses in the classroom by chance? Maybe we can come together and put help add value to your community that way!

Question about Hugo's latest video

In Hugo's latest video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74rewEZLVrs), he talks about determining the callers intent, and curating a final prompt based upon what the persons request is, then passing this to VAPI, here are the examples he uses: - base_prompt - book_appointment - escalate_human - intent_classification - general - confirm_appointment - cancel_appointment - reschedule_appointment I am wondering if the new VAPI Squads update is essentially this but built upon a GUI, you can effectively build these different prompts and have a router agent determine which one to go down. the only thing i can see that is different is passing the RAG data to the agent? Am i correct ?
