Hi, my name is Spencer Barber. I am an animator/coach/Digital artist, etc. I am sort of all over the place with business ideas or ventures I have started.. Ideas include: 1. A coaching program for artists, how to finish big daunting projects. Or even coaching someone from zero to hero how to animate. 2. Building up my freelance business for animation services. 3. I could build animation teams for clients. I liked Mason’s suggestion of catering to people with the money. I haven’t figured out how to apply that to these ideas yet. My goal is to get to a place where I can be the deal guy, managing a small team, and not necessarily being the one doing the grunt animation work. I am building my own animated character IP, and if I had money coming in, I would focus on building up that character brand.. So, for myself I’d want to be bringing in 10k/monthly. But to manage my ideal team, it would need to be closer to $100k/month. I live in Spanish Fork, Utah
