1. What’s the highest price property you’ve ever sold? We only want an agent who has sold at this price point before. 2. We’re waiting for spring to list our home so we can use those funds to buy a home. 3. I’ve been working with another agent & want to be fair to that other agent. I can’t sign a buyers agreement

@Nicola Trani @Nicola Trani Do you have a system of how you do your prospecting? And if so, what do you use to pull information? I'm finding that MOJO is mostly wrong numbers or doesn't have the information. For a system, do you use a certain website to pull a contact list? then do you put that list into a specific dialer? I'm curious what your process is.

Aloha everyone, I’m Soraya & live on the Big Island in Hawaii 🌺🌴🌋 Last 12 months I did 16 transactions for a total of $9M in Volume. This year was tough for me bc I tried to scale & trusted the wrong people on my team (stole $4M in volume from me). All good though, I learned & Karma will do its thing. For 2025, I want to double that! 32 transactions & $20M in Volume! My Big Why is: I want a family (IVF), to be healthy & to be what I view as successful (big happy family, big house, & fit). For context previous year I did $18M in volume my first year in real estate by myself.
