@Joseph N Great question — I’ve handled this for multiple agencies using GHL, and the truth is: full invisibility is about setup and access control, not just white labeling. Once you’ve white-labeled the domain, SMTP, app, mobile app, and login URL, the real key is limiting what clients actually see. Give them access only to the modules they need (Conversations, Opportunities, Calendars, etc.) and hide everything else. Don’t show them the automation builder, workflows, triggers, or anything that exposes the native GHL UI. You can also create custom dashboards, custom menus, and your own onboarding screens — that’s what keeps clients from recognizing that it’s GHL. I’ve set up fully white-labeled GHL accounts for several agencies, so if you want, I can help you configure everything so your clients only see your brand and never the backend platform.
