Hi Sophie, here are some questions for this month's topic : For appetite - consecutive people : is it ok to mix sauces with food (like tomatoe sauce mixed together with pasta) or should the sauce be eaten on its own before/after the pastas? Are milkshakes or smoothies ok for appetite people? Everything is blended together so it becomes like one ingredient, one consistency. Or, because of the different nutriments from the different ingredients it's considered "bad" for our body? Can the environment help ADHD kids focus better and be less active (when they're in their environment)?

Well, regarding the sauce, I was referring to me! 😄 I'm a consecutive appetite like Maël but because I've been conditioned to mixing my food, it's very difficult for me now to eat each ingredient on its own. I do try from time to time, depending on the food. But regarding sauces, I cannot! Maël can though. He's naturally following his determination and eats ingredients on their own, most of the time. He will usually dip part of the meat into the sauce or gravy and eat the rest of the sauce on its own, with a spoon like a soup 😊 Regarding the ADHD, I would be interested if you want to do something about it. Maël has been tested recently. We're waiting for the official results but the first outcomes are that he'd be ADHD. We never suspected it before. He just started having problems after an anti-influenza vaccine. And in the video you mentioned vaccines. I already suspected something was off with that vaccine but now, it confirms even more my feelings....

Hi Sophie! I would like to have a description/summary of all the channels, like a cheat sheet (or using any other format) that can let us know easily what are the strengths or shadows of our channels and what they actually mean, because I don't really find their names intuitive.
