I was a physiotherapist for decades with a specialty in Somatics and training in many areas. What is being offered here is leading edge neuroplastic retraining combined with a deep exploration of your unique Human Design. Both are incredibly potent. I've been practicing these drills for a year and although I was already in great shape in my early 60's, and had done a lot with the body over many years, quantum leaps have happened for me with these practices. I feel younger and better than ever!
