Chiropractor bridging the rehab-to-performance gap (military & CrossFit)
Hey all, Bradley here. I’m a chiropractor based in London, currently relocating to the Gold Coast in November, LFG 😎. My background is a decade in the British Army as a helicopter engineer and PTI, then chiropractic after that. My focus is the gap between rehab and performance. Most people get told they’re “fine” once pain settles, but nobody bridges them back to actually training hard again. I work with military and ex-military guys and CrossFit athletes, both groups push hard and get hurt, then get lost in that grey zone between clinic and box. I’ve joined because I want to get sharper on programming and GPP principles. Rehab is my strength, but building people back up properly, the actual planning and progression, is the piece I want to level up. Keen to learn from everyone here and happy to help on the rehab/movement side if useful.

@Bradley Ingram okay what are you looking to learn in this community so far..
I train hikers that refuse to get into the gym FML
Angus your voice spoke to me directly in a way that I needed badly in my career. I’m a personal trainer/S&C coach. I started coaching hikers in Brisbane Australia in 2012. For 6 years I ran a small group PT model (1:6) with 3 other coaches, ran trips to the mountains as well which was fun. Then I moved to Spain in 2018 and now I only do online stuff. (I have a pretty big YouTube channel about hiking/mountaineering fitness). Unfortunately I found myself dealing with pain and injury way too frequently when I prefer to get people strong and athletic. I also leaned into pain science, PRI, Anatomy in Motion, David Grey, biomechanics, Bill Hartman a little bit too hard, so that’s my fault probably. I appreciate all the knowledge about pain that I’ve built, I’m pretty good at solving common pain cases in an almost non equipment online environment but without a gym it’s harder than it needs to be. Anyway my goal is to make some good S&C templates and just get better at coaching people to follow the principles I learn here. Anyway that’s my intro. Angus mate, your content has managed to pull my head out of my ass in a lot of ways. So thankyou. The YouTube channel is great. Love it.
