I just want to share one thing that i join various community related my blog post or website i see that people sell things each other i know all people needs money but if you are a part of community the real meaning of community is grow together not sell things to your community and some time i feel stuck because of this reason and even if someone dm me i share my perosnal experience that save that person efforts and i am just try to explain that all members that don't hestiate if someone ask your help, today you help him/her tomorrow he/she will helps you so remember this thing.

How do you charge your clients? Is it monthly retainer based or just an upfront payment? I personally think a retainer based method of payment would be much better as clients are more willing to pay a little monthly instead of a large upfront payment like $2000 + A monthly retainer generates you MRR

What's going on everyone? Many of you know me as Chan or Chan Biz. I created this Skool community to share with you everything I've learned over the last 4 years. I've sold hundreds of thousands of dollars of websites and if I could tell my self one thing when I first started it would be take one more swing. Your first online sale feels better than a years salary, that's a bold statement I know. We've been so conditioned by society to race the corporate ladder to build someone else's legacy. Check out this quote - John D. Rockefeller said, “I don’t want a nation of thinkers, I want a nations of workers.” This should piss you off! The same guy that wrote this quote is the same guy that developed a strategic plan to indoctrinate the youth into general education so you could be one of his factory workers.
