START HERE.
This academy is not motivation. It is preparation. You are here to learn how to stay calm, observant, and effective when others step back. Start with Lesson 1: What Happens After the Sirens Fade. Do not rush. Progress here is based on understanding, not speed.

After Hours of Alaska presents: AHOA TRAINING
📘 LESSON OVERVIEW When the noise dies and the responders leave, the scene stops reacting and starts revealing. This lesson teaches students how to use silence, stillness, and environmental cues to assess a scene before touching anything — the most critical skill in professional crime scene cleanup. --- 🧊 PART 1 — THE MOMENT AFTERMATH BEGINS The silence that settles after the sirens fade is not peace — it’s data. No voices. No footsteps. No movement. Every detail becomes sharper: • temperature shifts • stagnant air • faint odors • subtle shadows • moisture patterns • disturbed or undisturbed objects This is the scene in its truest form. Your job isn’t to rush in. Your job is to listen to what the quiet is telling you. --- 🧊 PART 2 — WHAT THE SILENCE REVEALS 1. Time Silence exposes how long the scene has been untouched. • Cold, still air = older or sealed environment • Strong odor = active decomposition • No odor = cold-suppressed or very recent • Insect activity = timeline confirmation 2. Movement A quiet room highlights disruption: • shifted dust • disturbed fabrics • footprints • dragged items • patterns that break the stillness Everything that moved — and everything that didn’t — tells you something. 3. Hazard Points Silence exposes danger by removing distraction. You notice: • thin reflective layers of blood • pooling beneath objects • sagging flooring • chemical residues • soft cracking sounds • hidden fluids under carpet or plastic • unstable furniture What was invisible in chaos becomes visible in stillness. 4. Emotional Residue Trauma leaves a psychological weight in the room. You are not absorbing it — you are recognizing it. This helps you predict how family, responders, or untrained techs may react. --- 🧊 PART 3 — THE QUIET SCAN (OPERATIONAL METHOD) Perform the Silent Assessment Scan: Step 1: Stop at the threshold Step 2: Slow your breathing Step 3: Sweep left → center → right Step 4: Re-sweep right → center → left Step 5: Identify hazards

Who AHOA Academy Accepts
Not everyone belongs in the pack. We train: The unshaken The relentless The ones who go quiet when others panic Aspiring cleanup techs who want the truth, not the sugarcoat First responders wanting deeper understanding Builders ready to create their own cleanup company Those who respect the dark and work inside it If you came here for comfort, leave now. If you came here for transformation — step in.

The AHOA Way — The Way of the Pack
Most training cushions you. We strip the cushion away. AHOA Academy prepares you for: Rooms where death lingers Homes reclaimed by silence Cabins frozen but not forgiven Scenes days from civilization Jobs where the cold slows decay but amplifies the story Work that demands predator-level focus You don’t learn to act like a cleaner. You learn to think like one. To measure the scene like a hunter tracks a trail. To restore order the way the wild restores balance. To be the calm in the chaos no one else can enter. This is where cleaners become something more. Something colder. Something necessary.

AHOA Academy — Forged Under the Blood Moon
Where predators train. Where the cold is honest. Where the aftermath begins. “When it goes down after hours, please call After Hours.” Welcome to AHOA Academy, Alaska’s darkest classroom — the place where the world’s noise dies, the blood dries, and only the truth remains. When the sirens fade, when the crowds disappear, when the night deepens into something ancient… we are the ones who step forward. Not because it’s easy. But because someone has to. Founded by Skyler Grenn, AHOA Academy is built on real trauma scenes, real blood, real loss, and the brutal silence of the northern wild. This is not training for the faint. This is training for those who hear the call of the dark and don’t flinch. --- What You’ll Learn Beneath the Red Aurora Here, we teach you to operate like the predators that own these lands — with precision, instinct, and absolute control. You will learn: To enter a scene the way a wolf enters the kill: calm, assessing, inevitable To see what others refuse to see — and restore what others cannot PPE and OSHA mastery forged with field instincts as sharp as ice Decomposition cleanup in temperatures that lie, stain, and deceive Blood and tissue removal when the scene fights back Decomp odor control strong enough for the Arctic’s worst Documentation and chain-of-custody that cut through daylight and doubt Biohazard packaging & disposal that respects law, safety, and nature’s law of return Business-building skills to launch your own operation out of the dark Alaska’s survival code: isolation, silence, wildlife, snow, stillness, and time Every lesson is grounded in real scenes, real consequences, and the kind of experience that leaves no room for hesitation.
