Hi I’m 29, and over the next 10–12 weeks I’m ready to lay my old goals to rest and build brand new ones. Joining the M.I.L.F community feels like the turning point I finally have the information, and tools I need to rebuild and strengthen my body. I know that as long as I put in the work, I’ll reach my goals.
