Hey family! Are any of you having any problems with logging into TruHeirs or getting access to the app? If so please address your concerns below. Everyone, over the next couple of days, you will be receiving emails to onboard to our new custom TruHeirs software. - You will have to reschedule your onboarding call so you know how to use the software. - And, you will have to re-sign the program services agreement because this is a new community and legally we need to stay above board here This software will be both a community and digital family office platform so the members who already have access to the digital family office side will have both community and the digital family office but for people who don’t have the digital family office will only have access to the community & education side? For the users who have an iPhone, you can download the TruHeirs app from the App Store. For the android users, it will be available in the next 30 days on the Google play store, but for now you can use the web app version. Enjoy! And see you on the app.
