Are your thoughts, words and actions serving you lately??
Hey everyone, I have recently been laying low and trying to do some soul searching as I restructure some of my materials for working with athletes and families. I wanted to take this minute to see if all of you feel like the things you are spending your time on are serving you well. Take a minute to reflect below…

I'm trying to take an intentional break from screens from 12:00 to 14:00 every day as a lunch break. I think it's serving me well because it makes me happier and healthier and when I get back to work I'm much more focused. What about you?
What is your superpower?
I am wondering what you all feel is your personal superpower and how you share it with your families and the world around you.

@Anthony Patierno Right now, it's getting back into the swing of things in my community and helping clients while not getting back into my patterns of overwork and burnout. Practicing the way of the essentialist and walking in God's image

Family, Coaching & Ice Cream
What are your priorities right now…? There are lots of opinions on priorities…what I believe is that you can only really ever have 3. And, realistically they aren’t supposed to change. My three for a while have been Family, Coaching and Health…but every Saturday I like to swap out health in the diet sense for Ice Cream, because it just brings me so much enjoyment with almost no effort and adds to my overall mental health. you know, life is meant for living and what is living without a little coffee chip or mint Oreo ice cream. Let us know below what your three priorities are and how you feel about this rule of 3.

God Girlfriend Entrepreneurial journey Easier said than done keeping any priority in today's ever evolving world. Realistically I see a massive opportunity to grow my brand and Skool and will be focusing on that while surviving exams until April 25th. After that, back to the fun grind of SKool full time

What is your biggest pain point...?
As I work to finish the first stage of our classroom I am trying to collect some info from all the parents here about your biggest pain points over the years in developing your child/athlete. Drop a note below with the one thing causing you the most stress or creating the biggest wedge between you and your child.

As a child of some amazing parents, I think if I had to give my parents constructive feedback on how I grew up as an athlete, I would say that advice needs to be carefully crafted because kids can take something at face value from their parents and live with that forever. Literally just today in the gym, I realised that when I squat, my feet are too close together. Also, when I take jump shots in the basketball gym, my feet are too close together. I realise that's probably from almost a decade ago when my dad and I were practising squats and my legs were really far apart. He kind of teased me, saying, "Your shoulders aren't that far apart." Ever since, I've been squatting and shooting jump shots with a really narrow foot stance, when realistically, as a taller guy, it's more balanced to be wider-base

Hop on the call with Chris Martinez at 4pm EST to listen in and/or participate in a powerful conversation related to NCAA recruitment, homeschooling systems that allowed for crazy growth and just a cool conversation about ways that parents can honestly support their kids. https://meet.google.com/orj-yaaq-etr?authuser=0
