I am trying to automate the interior design for architectural designers. And I wanted to generate 3D renders from an existing 2D plan. And I researched about this, and it said that AI lacks spatial awareness, and I should build it myself. It suggested that I build my own LLM to actually make the model learn how to step by step make the model identify the spatial arrangement and all before actually producing a 3D render. Is there any other way to do this, or are there any trained models? I have checked the Hugging Face, but I couldn't find a suitable model for this. Any kind of input or advice would be really helpful.

Good Saturday Morning AIS community! I am a complete newbie at building workflows in in8n and decided to use Nate's LinkedIn Newsletter Agent Template to get started. I am going to tailor it for Companies on LinkedIn that write daily/weekly video game industry newsletters. My question is 'How to sell the workflow once I have procured a client? As in - 1.) Does the client also require a n8n account and then I share the project access? 2.) Is there a marketplace where I upload the workflow and sell it there? 3.) Do I need to have a self-hosted n8n subscription to begin selling workflow solutions? I know there are plenty of videos, but I want to learn as much as I can by engaging with the community instead😁.
