Ungating inquiring
Hello everyone, My name is Sirak, and I started selling on Amazon this month. However, I have a question. Every time I try to get ungated in a particular category, I end up getting ungated for a specific brand instead, which was not my original intention. How do you know which products to buy from a distributor that will allow you to get ungated in a particular category rather than just a specific brand? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

@Evan Jones thank you for the feedback. I have several ASIN already in my FBA Inventory that I have created the listing prior to purchased the items. The problem I am worried about is that when I copied that Asin and placed it again on Amazon it asked for "request approval", since I have already created the listing of some the items would you recomend it to go ahead and sell it or should i returned it if I can, since Amazon might potentially stranded the product.

@Evan Jones No I had list them right away on Amazon (last week) while I was sourcing , this week when the items arrived to my prep center I am able to use those asin that Iist and ship to Amazon via prep center, however if I copy the same asin as I did this week and past it under " add products" it asked me the request approval. Luckily as I have said I have already listed the product that I sourced last week when it was ungated. The question I am having is, if I sell those units will Amazon asked me for extra documentation or would it be smooth with no issue?
