My name is Sira Laurel, systems strategist and executive coach for neurodivergent founders and senior leaders who are tired of working against their natural working style, second-guessing their leadership potential for the way their brain works, and being told they're successful despite their neurological wiring rather than because of it. As a highly sensitive person I use my lived experience as a neurodivergent leader in combination with my corporate leadership experience, coaching certifications and OD education to support high performing professionals through the most challenging parts of their career journeys.
