Hi looking for some advice my son wants to do cheif scout silver award he is the only one in our group to do it we started it September and made a list of challenges and badges he was going to undertake he has some complete but now the leader can no longer commit to signing it off I'm a leader but because it is my son I can't sign it off so my question is can anyone else from another group sign it off if I send all the proof of all the challenges and tasks he completes

250 + New Videos - and this time the parents can benefit too! Brilliant Scouting was set up just over 6 months ago to help all of us with ideas for scouting, and to prove the value of online content. I see people logging in and using the ideas regularly and I wanted to build this to be something more. I've been paying to maintain the site personally since it started, and it's time to turn it into something that is more sustainable - and raise some money for a great cause! Here's what we're doing: - We have added 5 new categories that will be hugely valuable to parents as well as scouters. They are packed with ideas for different age groups - There are many ideas in there that will be useful for your programme, but also for keeping kids active, entertained and learning outdoors outside of scouting - The original 300 members will continue to have access for free, but now we have set up a nominal charge of $1 per month to cover the cost of the platform. - Once the costs of the site are covered, all the profits are going to go into the fund to help build a scout den for my local group in Dublin 15. Is there any chance the community nights could be later or on different nights... Ive missed two sections and Id love to be at some

It was great to meet everyone at Cruinniú yesterday. Thanks so much for signing up, I hope you are all getting value from the ideas in the community so far, and thanks for the great ideas that have started appearing - I love the Da Vinci bridge!! I was blown away with the response to the books. I hadn’t anticipated the demand for the logbooks and we actually sold out! I’ve ordered one more batch of the same ones, and I’m going to place a bulk order soon. If anyone has any suggestions for things that should be included or taken out, please let me know in the chat by Wednesday the 20th September. It will be hard to change it after that date.
