My avatar is someone whom is over 55 years old is either downsizing , has to move into assisted living and need to sell their home or upping into a multigenerational home.

@Lindsay de Swart so sorry, missed your message. IT’S 55 “plus” is what I want to emphasize. So I’m focusing on Listings and of course other aspects. Perhaps downsizing, upsizing to a multi-generational, relocating to FL full-time or a snow bird. Lots of topics to do videos on such as declutter and more. What is your channel? I would love to view.
