We discussed a little bit the way Chiara imagines to set up her Poderosa Community including a B2B network & B2C high-end physical experiences (photoshoots). To start working on her first member relationships I recommended setting up a contact database on Mailerlite or Mailchimp - and she has already a WA Group with all her former photography clients! 🤩 Great start to establish some rituals and start conversations at least once a week. These people will become her "Early Adopters" who will receive special benefits on her community offer. Well done! Because these personal details of YOU BEING THE CREATOR of the community is what differentiates the transformation & journey of your members.
