I have a crazy and beautiful week behind me. We had family visiting us in Europe and were travelling, and while all of that was going on I managed to keep managing Skool ads, stay consistent in the traffic challenge (with $3,602 MRR growth since the beginning and 19 days of consistent daily reporting), and launch our AI certification where we welcomed over 70 students 🥳 Now, how do you do THE MOST when you feel like you can do the least—and actually do it from a place of genuine self-love and care rather than hustle and a feeling of obligation? Last week, my channel completely froze at 299 members. Growth stopped, conversions dipped, and I started wondering if switching to tiers was the problem. But then I realized something powerful… Whenever we implement something new, our members need time to understand it. The system wasn’t broken I just needed patience. My “About” page had always been super simple just a plain screenshot. But I decided to try something new: I added a full video right on the first page, explaining everything clearly. And guess what? In the last two days, I’ve attracted 15 new members But here’s what I learned I was wrong to think that just because I hit 299 members, I needed to get “fancy.” That’s a myth. Every time I’ve tried to over-polish or push too hard (“main bechna chahti hu” or “let’s make it flashy”), my engagement actually dropped. Lesson: Simplicity works. Consistency works. Understanding your members really works. Today, I’m at 315 members in less than 2 months, and the best part? My community helps me grow. They message me with suggestions, tell me what they want, and together we’re building something real. I’m proud that I’ve created a space where no one’s the expert everyone’s learning, including me. Stay simple. Stay genuine. Growth follows.
