You see, nobody taught me the business side of running a community. I guessed at what to post. I found out members went quiet 3 weeks too late. I welcomed new people in batches, like a DMV window. AND SO, THE SKOOL-O-MATIC WAS BORN. Here's what it actually is: a free tool that turns Claude into your community assistant. You tell it what's bugging you about your community. It builds the fix WITH you, live in your browser, while you watch. Zero code. Zero technical skills. I tested it on one of my own communities yesterday. It read my last 30 posts and handed me receipts: question posts pull 4 to 5x more comments than my announcements. My best post of the week was one I almost didn't write.
