Hitting harder
I know everyone always wants to hit harder, but what are some specific exercises/things I can do to increase my power?

@Efe Gol so no "sport specific movement", just regularly going to the gym and getting stronger in general?
Vertical jump training
So I've just unlocked the vertical jump program and I just wanted to know: can I still go the gym while doing this program, or should I just do the jump program instead of my leg workout? Also how should I schedule it, before or after practicing volleyball? (I'm assuming I can still practice?) I don't want to overtrain while still doing as much as possible

I'm new
Hello, I never played volleyball but I played a little in school, I think that my attack is not that bad but I do not trust my setting, what should I do to improve it?

I'd say just stay consistent and practice it a lot. There are certain drills (like setting low against a wall) that help getting a feeling of what works for you. Also work on how your hands contact the ball. For that, just take a ball, really spread your fingers out and form a triangle with your thumbs and index fingers. Kinda image holding the ball like a big burger. From there shoot the ball by using your thumbs to throw the ball, with a little help from your other fingers. In general, the best way to practice is just doing it, that way you get a feeling for it.
