One place I think AI is very useful is in organizing existing agreements. Its super effective to just drop all existing policies into claude, write mediocre versions of verbal agreements, and ask it to produce a draft and find inconsistencies.

@Tahisha Victor Thanks so much <3 Generally we suggest people gather their existing agreements and define the developmental process first, then do a little reflection about what to focus on. Every group is so different, so there really isn't a standard order. In the "Org Harmony Map" section of the "Org Leadership Uplevel Kit" (which I see you're starting to get into :) there are some diagnostics and guided reflections that get a little more specific.
