Die some New drawing today. Is this a good routine or should I work more on my weaknesses? Or more longer poses?

Thank you! It's all just practice. I've always focused solely on the construction. And I try to draw as few details as possible, only those that are important for the pose.

A new small portrait of two of my colleagues. Exhausted after a call, theyโ€™re sitting on a table in the staff room. This time I focused on adding more detail to the faces, while keeping the bodies and background intentionally simpler. Inspired a bit by the loose brushwork of John Singer Sargent.
