What do you guys do to make it easier to make more calls done , I want to reach 100 calls daily but I am just making 30-40. Avg time call 3-6 m.

When you guys were starting as a SDR what did you do to control the fear of cold calling, i really believe this sabotage my performance.

Some people say is not good but there's others say otherwise. What you guys think?
