Over the past two months, a number of traders encountered issues such as: - Delays and errors in capturing live trades while copying trades. - Difficulties processing deposits and withdrawals with the JM team being useless at solving clients difficulties. These matters were continuously communicated with the Just Markets SA Management team and while many members received delayed assistance, our Zenith Management Team personally intervened to help resolve over 80% of all reported cases, particularly for clients registered under our official IB link. However, some clients who registered through other referral links may still be facing unresolved cases. If you are one of them, kindly contact Zenith Admin here inside Skool.
