Honest Moment with Tracking
I had just started looking at my sleep info from my watch prior to joining WC and honestly, was very judgey about my graphs. Not because I understood it mind you, just because it didn't look "right" even though I had NO idea what that meant. Then I saw the sleep module and Sierra sharing a screenshot of her sleep tracking and it looked a lot like mine and it was such a validating moment. 😊

I love this! And to be honest my graphs look significantly worse now. Thank you perimenopause. 🙈
