Over the last decade of teaching, training, and sitting in countless circles, I started to notice a big gap in our industry. So many facilitation spaces were well-intentioned—but lacked depth, clarity, or integrity.Too often I saw facilitators who had certifications on paper, but little embodied wisdom.
