Table Massage may cost you to get a table and extra equipment, but it is more physically accessible meaning you don’t have to have a certain level of flexibility or core strength to perform. However LOVRS SoulThai is performed primarily on the floor or on level surfaces, could be a yoga mat, Thai massage matt, bed, couch, in the sand on the beach, park in the grass you name it. BUT you have to be comfortable getting up & down on the floor and have a certain level of flexibility. If your body is still doing what it needs to do for you then you are good .
