Financial crossroads — would appreciate this community’s take (poll below).
Over the last year, I’ve become more financially aware and taken real steps—sold a vehicle, started investing, and cleaned up habits. Thanks to @Navjot Bindra for youtube videos and @Navjot Singh for newsletters. Cheers! Combined situation (me + wife): • Household income: ~$110k annually in Alberta • Currently at Step 1 of a 6-step wealth-building model I’m about to receive $50k from an asset in India. This is very important to me—it’s the only capital I had back home—so I want to be intentional with how it’s used. Option A – Stability & Cash Flow • Pay off car loan ($25k) → frees up $610/month • Clear consumer debt / LOC ($10k) • Build emergency fund (~$15k) Option B – Calculated Risk & Execution I’m in the execution stage of a catering business I’ve been planning for a while. • $25k – equipment • $10k – consumer debt payoff • $10k – groceries / household buffer for a few months (wife covers fixed expenses) • $5k – business contingencies If it doesn’t work out in 3–4 months, I’ll pivot or return to work and reassess. Combined Financial Snapshot (High Level) Investments / Assets: • RRSP: $15k • TFSA: $35k • Real estate equity: ~$70k (primary + investment) Debts: • Mortgages: ~$318k • Car loan: ~$25k • Consumer debt: ~$10k (temporary) Poll Question: If this was your only meaningful lump sum, what would you prioritize at this stage?

Hi, Nav is there really a way where one can connect for a one to one call with you? If one is not your client or buying anytime soon? @Navjot Bindra

@Navjot Bindra cheers Nav! And, your team is really doing great showing real scenarios when it comes to Mortgage. Recently had a meeting with Sahil regarding new mortgage for a property. Was supposed to pull trigger in jan. But, postponing for buying one, specifically rental markets crazy!

Day 50 🚀
Tomorrow is Call #50 ❤️ Have come a long way! Who’s joining tomorrow? Tomorrow’s topic: Reflecting back on our life from 10 years ago. That’s Jan 11, 2016 - I was in Hong Kong, climbing the corporate ladder and on path to becoming the youngest director in my company of 50,000+ employees. Before I even knew I could do business. Before any of them failed 😉 10 years is a long time! Imagine what would life be 10 years from now! Jan 11, 2036 🤯

Power of Habit ✅
In today's 5AM call, we discussed about 1 habit that as a deep impact on our overall lives. Many of us shared our thoughts around this. Let's put our top Habit that's had an impact on our lives in this post. I will go first: 1. Waking up early and getting difficult / important things done before the world wakes up. 2. Dividing my to-do list into Urgent vs Important tasks - so that only the urgent tasks don't take priority. Let's go 👇

@H Mj 130 days is really impressive and inspiring bro! And the ice cube method is something new to me, will follow it. Cheers!
We all are made of stories..
Today’s morning call was my first ever session with the 5am Club fam 💪✨ Even though it was 3am in my time zone, I still showed up — and I’m so glad I did. 🥹 Everything Nav shared today hit home for me. In 2019, when Covid hit, my business started bleeding. A lot of credit and receivables were never recovered, and it still hurts to think about it. In 2021, I moved to Canada as a student, and every odd job I did here made me even more frustrated because back home my business was actually making decent money. Starting all over again from zero in a new country was brutally hard. 😓 But honestly, I’m happy I moved. 🇨🇦 Canada has made me more down to earth, more humble, and truly grateful for whatever I have today. Recently, I was blessed with a baby girl and I bought an apartment — two huge milestones that mean the world to me. 👶🏡 If there is one big mistake I made, it’s that I never really invested in my skills after moving here. But sooner is better than later. 2026 is my year. 🚀 This year I’m going all in on: • Investing in myself and my skills 📚 • Building a 6‑month emergency fund 💰 • Preparing to pull the business trigger again here in the land of maple and snow 🍁❄️ Fingers crossed — let’s see how it goes. Cheers to growth, discomfort, and new beginnings! 🥂✨
