My biggest takeaway is I don't need to be an expert. This thought has been stopped me from moving forward in some niches. My biggest concern/challenge is how to make it more unique or authentic.

Got it, thank you @Seth Kniep! I see, was thinking how to be unique for the wide range of audiences, but need to redirect my focus to more specific group: Meal plans for NPC prep, How to post recover, How to eat great on a budget, etc.
