Parents, I need your help! As we move through the summer, I want to make sure I am managing each player’s workload appropriately and adjusting training intensity based on what they are currently doing with their teams. Surf summer show case June 6th and 7th. Pats cup July 18-19th and man utd cup August 15th 16th. Also games in the weekends any agility work training will be great preparation to keep me ready.
🚨 COMMUNITY HELP NEEDED 🚨
This summer, I want to start offering FREE additional fitness and strength & conditioning sessions for our Elite Soccer Academy players and families. The goal is simple: keep our players active, sharp, disciplined, and improving throughout the summer with extra work that adds real value outside of regular training sessions. Right now, I’m looking for help from our community to find an open and flexible track & field location near the Covina area (neighboring cities work too). Ideally, we are looking for: • Public/open to the public • No usage fees • Flexible access throughout the day • Preferably a track with an open field attached The sessions would likely take place in the mornings throughout the summer and focus heavily on fitness, conditioning, movement, athleticism, and overall work rate. If you know of any locations that could work, please comment below. I’d love to create even more opportunities for our players to work hard, improve, and stay engaged this summer. 💪⚽️
