How do u guys handle the stress u have in ur life? Like if u have tons of extracurricular activities, homework, sports, tests, etc, how can u manage all of that while not drowning under all of that? as sm of u know i left for a few weeks to deal with this shit, and it is much better now. but the stress has never fully left my mind, and whenever I’m doing smthing, the stress and all the shit I have to do nags at me. got any tips or whatever anything will help lol 😞
