I just watched the pod cast, many thanks for making it. It has lots of very usefull information, and a few light bulbs came on for me. I feel I am trapped by my own inability to think 'profitably outside the box'. I think Mr Lee's journey sounds amazing, good luck to you both. I will keep searching for my 'thing'. I have done a few property courses, but am a solitary person by design, which possibly holds me back, that and not much liquidity! I want to find ways of generating passive income, in a 'hands off' manner.

@Liam J Ryan Hi thanks for asking. I run a small B&B which is mostly passive as I am busy with my horses most of the time. I invest mostly and am part of Scott Picken's mastermind group which allows me to invest at an institutional level via fractionation. I also invest via Momentum Wealth, off shore, and Crowd Property. I am interested in property, but just don't want the hassles that go along with it. I believe that 'mum & pop' style property investment is at an end, and that property ownership as a business is becoming a more professional full time game. I like the idea of flipping, but am time poor. I would welcome any ideas you may have? Kind regards, Shuana
