Hello Everyone, Hope everyone is doing well!! Most of the real estate agencies' indemand requirement is about Lead Qualification. So I'm implementing Whatsapp agents, It took a bit time to setup the Whatsapp with n8n as there are certain changes made recently when compared to previous integrations. 🚀 But I finally done the setup and worked on a small project and here is what happens in this : → AI identifies whether they're a Buyer or Seller → Conducts relevant qualification questions → Maintains conversation context using memory → For buyers, checks available properties based on their requirements → Calculates a lead score and classifies leads as Hot / Warm / Cold → For Hot leads, asks for permission before checking & booking an appointment → Automatically notifies the sales team on Slack after successful booking The flow looks like : WhatsApp → AI Agent → Qualification → Lead Scoring → Property Matching → Appointment → Slack Why this matters for real estate agencies: Instead of sales teams manually handling every incoming lead, the system can help automate the repetitive qualification and follow-up process while giving agents better context about each lead. The goal isn't to replace real estate agents — it's to help them spend more time on qualified conversations and closing opportunities, rather than repetitive lead handling. I have a lot to examine on this project yet but I want to share this win with the community as a first version of this project😇 I would be happy to hear any suggestions or changes about the project🤞
