Agents built
Started as a no-code beginner. I have built a weather agent, web search summarizer agent, email drafting agent, and doc q&a agent in claude code. Moved over the n8n to get workflow visibility and deeper understanding. Built another email agent, meeting notes summarizer agent, content enrichment agent, content repurposing agent, email support triage agent, and lead research agent. The most recent agent has been a SQL database chat agent via LangGraph and Claude Code. Planning to grow my AI knowledge with more experience. What have you built once shifting from beginner to intermediate?

@Julius Waggoner Nice. I've heard many great things about Claude. Also a lot of ppl are now using OpenClaw and the claw based agents. Let's do this! 😀

@Julius Waggoner Just buy a windows 11 workstation. I have a hp workstation and boy is it a work horse! Z640 although anything newer will be better but costs shoot up exponentially and upgrades become tricky. Anyways I'm running 128gb ram and 18cores on this cpu, so power hasn't failed and wasn't expensive as any mac ..Mac mini are good but apple have always been about vendor lock in. Claude and openclaw are one and two on my 'next to try ai tools'. 👨🏼‍💻🚀⚒️
Weekly Call check ins
So guys I am thinking of starting some form of Weekly Call for my community. NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE ! Think it will benefit everyone and appears lots of Communities have it. A call where we build something live, recap something, fix errors and bugs in mine or your websites! Even one member picks a theme for the call kind of thing and rotate next time. Topics can be around web tech, computer tech, ai, llms, platforms, automation, bots, code, no code, low code, programming and everything in between. What do y'all think? Click the poll and also comment any tips and a good platform to do them on or if doable right here in Skool! We move! 🦾

Need help building a lead scraping pipeline for a client — pipeline advice + monthly costing
Hey everyone, Got a client in the B2B professional services space. They've given me a detailed ICP — specific industries, company sizes, geographies, and the exact personas/job titles they want to target (think Owners, Principals, Directors of Engineering, Solo consultants, Project Managers — that kind of decision-maker level). They want those leads automatically scraped and loaded into their CRM with these fields populated: Company name, website, company size, primary service domain, key contact name, contact title, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, phone number, qualification score, current status, and notes. They've specifically suggested using **LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, and UpLead** as the tools to get this data. My questions: 1. Pipeline — how would you structure this? Given those four tools, what's the most sensible way to chain them together? Do you use one as primary and the others as fallback when data is missing, or do you run them in parallel? What does the actual flow look like from "search for contacts matching ICP" to "contact sitting in CRM with all fields filled"? 2. Monthly cost — how do I estimate this for the client? This is where I'm stuck. The client will be paying for the tools directly once I deploy. How do I give them a realistic monthly running cost? Each tool has its own credit system and the actual spend depends on how many contacts you're pulling and how many fields you need revealed. Has anyone worked out a rough cost-per-lead across these tools? Even a ballpark would help — like "for X leads a month expect to spend around $Y across these tools." Any input from people who've worked with these tools appreciated.

Cold calls
Going to start doing cold calls. Any advice for cold calling? Any dos and don't you figured out along the way? Any tactics you use? Do you use a script, or just go with the flow to make the call sound more natural?

@Vincent Rach Look any avenue may have golden coins. We just have to venture out! Also btw I love voice AI and I see it's growing so fast and improvements are obvious. You got my interest now this week I will look at a few voice AI platforms and APIs and note pricing too. Wonder if I could spin one up and estimate costs 🤔

@Luke Arian Good suggestion. Will free up resources until actually needed.
Cost Efficient
I am building a SaaS, but the main issue I am facing is it's not cost efficient, and I might not be generating profit. Currently, the brain it's using is Claude. I want help on what options do I have to make it more cost efficient. It's an organization management SaaS, and will work on multiple-tenants. So, If any of them used it excessive it will ruin the cost. Can any body help me with this?

Given you worry about the potential high costs in production each client will face. This is usually a their 'problem' and can be mentioned to them - a client shouldn't mind paying running costs provided they know upfront and it's highlighted clearly it's a running cost. Just like web husting for instance unless you host it for them. And it's mindshift that may needed from 'problem' to 'cost' because if money is then it can be accounted for. So long as savings are maximised! Anyways what are maths? 1. What's the technical component that will increase the cost so high - is it prompt tokens or something else? This is important to know 2. What cost will it be per tenant in production for normal and excessive usage? Even an estimate will do as this will help see if there's ways to reduce it esp recommend infra changes as that's where cost is and even may be deflect to a cheaper custom intermediary.
