One of the things that holds us back in not creating anything - especially a successful Skool community, is not having a written out and detailed plan for how we want to build our group. Among the things that are important to determine are: What SPECIFIC problem are you solving? Who SPECIFICALLY are you solving it for? What DETAILED STEP-BY-STEP process are you using? What makes you DIFFERENT from others solving this problem? All of these aspects are what create your MESSAGE to your ideal members and make you unique. This is how they know that you are the perfect person to help them solve the problem. ARE YOU QUALFIED: If you have done or dealt with the subject you plan to make your group about for 500-1,000 hours, you are effectively a Subject Matter Expert (knowing more than 99% of the world about that topic).
