Hi everyone, I have received the KYC warning on my upwork account for the first time, is there something I need to do with my account, I have already done identity verification.

I have a client on upwork who just keep on telling me stuff about his project and asking me to make commitment of 40 hr per week and that I start working now etc. Since the last 3-4 days, he has not mentioned at all about what he can pay me for the project. Now that I started asking him, these are this replies. Should I even take such clients seriously
